My format is not supported
Check the supported formats list and variant limits. Renaming an extension does not convert a file. RAW, AVIF, BigTIFF, encrypted archives and legacy Office formats are not supported.
Will my photo keep its orientation?
Yes, supported photo formats retain the technical orientation needed to display the image correctly. Descriptive EXIF is rebuilt without copying GPS, author or camera fields. Ambiguous or malformed orientation records are rejected.
The location isn’t shown on Android
When you pick a photo from the photo picker, Android may hide its location from apps. The original can still contain it. Open the file with Browse Files to check it.
A file could not be read
Download a local copy, make sure it is under 25 MB and check available storage. Damaged or unexpected structures are rejected without altering the original.
Where is my clean copy?
Save or share it from the result screen; saving destinations depend on your device. Temporary app copies can be removed by the system.
